How to report an accident ?
To benefit from assistance
- First, you MUST contact emergency services.
- Then contact the assistance service (24/7) for support.
- For better processing of your file, please provide your contract number.
To report a
claim
- I report my claim online.
- I immediately receive a confirmation email with the list of required documents.
- I send the supporting documents and track the progress of my claim online.
Report the claim to us within 5 days of becoming aware of it, except in cases of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
Delay and documents to provide
In case of failure to meet the declaration deadline, if we suffer a loss due to the late declaration, you lose all right to compensation.
Attach to your declaration:
- The insurance contract or a photocopy of it.
- The initial medical certificate specifying the nature and probable consequences of the injuries.
- The report accurately establishing the circumstances of the accident.
- Any element deemed necessary for processing your request.
Inform us of any coverage possibly taken out with other insurance for the same risk.
Provide, upon simple request and without delay, any document necessary for the assessment, including the consolidation certificate.
Agree to submit to an examination by our medical expert.
